Compare and Contrast all Buick Models | Buick Model Research
Buick has undergone a renaissance in recent years, trimming its lineup down to a select group of SUVs and discontinuing several of its more dated offerings. This cull of older models coincided with a complete overhaul of their current lineup, making them sportier and giving them luxury-adjacent designs more akin to those of Porsche and Jaguar than to other SUVs in their price range. While Buick’s lineup is unrecognizable now, they still focus on producing a luxury cruiser that elevates everyday highway driving. These days, a Buick SUV comes in four different sizes.

Buick Envista
The Envista is Buick’s smallest SUV, serving as an entry point for drivers who want the fuel economy of a low-profile crossover, but who also need some extra cargo and passenger space in the rear. The Envista comes at a low price point but boasts numerous upscale features and a stylish appearance.

Buick Encore GX
The Encore GX is another subcompact two-row SUV, but it features a higher ceiling, making it a better option for those who expect to use the rear row regularly. The larger SUV offers excellent value for its size, and comes loaded with plenty of comfort features for folks who value comfort over performance.

Buick Envision
The Envision is a compact luxury SUV that offers plenty of cargo space and a sleek design. The recent redesign has added a large curved screen that dominates two-thirds of the dash. It received a head-to-toe redesign in 2024, falling in line with the rest of Buick’s updated lineup.

Buick Enclave
The Enclave is Buick’s largest SUV, offering three rows of seating across the mid-size cabin. It entered its third generation in 2025, and critics praise it for its quiet cabin with noise-canceling technology. The Enclave continues to offer a well-spaced cabin with plenty of space in the second and third rows.
